124 Disclosure statements on renewal of leases
The amendments made to this Act by section 11 of the **Retail Leases Amendment Act 2020** apply to a retail premises lease entered into and in operation immediately before the day on which that section comes into operation (unless there are less than 21 days before the end of the current term of the lease).
