120 Disclosure statements A disclosure statement given under section 8 of the **Retail Tenancies Reform Act 1998** that provides information about each of the matters set out in the Schedule to that Act is taken to be, and to have been at all times, in the form of that Schedule regardless of whether it has the same layout as the disclosure statement set out in that Schedule.
