#### 225 Exclusion of personal liability 225 Exclusion of personal liability > A matter or thing done or omitted to be done by the Secretary, an investigator, a member of the Board or any person acting under the direction of the Secretary or a member of the Board does not, if the matter or thing was done or omitted in good faith for the purpose of executing this Act or the regulations, subject the Secretary, investigator, member of the Board or person so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.
