#### 156B Evidentiary certificate of cost of work 156B Evidentiary certificate of cost of work > In proceedings before the Tribunal— > > > (a) a landlord under a social housing tenancy agreement may submit a certificate certifying as to the cost of work undertaken by the landlord on or in connection with the social housing premises, and > > > (b) the Tribunal must accept the certificate as conclusive proof of the reasonable cost of the work. > > **pt 7, div 7 (ss 156A, 156B):** Ins 2015 No 34, Sch 1 \[9\].
