65 Court may refer matters to Tribunal
[Section 65 Substituted by No. 9 of 2023, s. 63, Applied:01 Jul 2024] The Supreme Court, or the Magistrates Court, may refer proceedings that have been commenced in the court to the Tribunal if the relevant court is satisfied that –
(a) the proceedings are within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal; and
(b) the Tribunal is the most appropriate authority to determine the proceedings.
