36Proposed conditional registration

### 36 Proposed conditional registration > > (1)  If the Registrar intends to register a person conditionally, the Registrar is to notify the person, in writing, of that intention. > > > (2)  A proposed conditional registration notice is to state – > > > > > > (a) what the condition is and the reasons for proposing to register the person subject to that condition; and > > > > > > > (b) that the person may request the Registrar – > > > > > > > > > > (i) in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the regulations or otherwise set out in the notice; and > > > > > > > > > > > (ii) within 20 working days after receiving the notice – > > > > > > > > to reconsider the determination to make the registration subject to any particular condition or to all conditions; and > > > > > > > (c) that, if the person does not so request the Registrar to reconsider the determination to make the registration subject to the conditions, the Registrar must register the person subject to all conditions. > > > (3)  The Registrar is not to notify a named employer – > > > > > > (a) that a proposed conditional registration notice has been given to a person; or > > > > > > > (b) the reasons for intending to make the registration of the person subject to conditions.
