34 Term of registration
(1) [Section 34 Subsection (1) amended by No. 18 of 2019, s. 26, Applied:01 Feb 2021] The registration of a person is for the term, not exceeding 5 years, determined by the Registrar.
(2) The registration of a person commences on the day the person is registered or a later day determined by the Registrar and specified in the notice provided to the person under section 33(2)(b) .
