### 29 Matters not to be taken into account as part of risk assessment > [*\[Section 29 Repealed by No. 46 of 2015, s. 16, Applied:27 Nov 2015\]*](/view/html/inforce/2015-11-27/act-2015-046#GS16@EN) In performing a risk assessment in relation to a person under this Act, the Registrar must not take into account – > > > > (a) if the risk assessment relates to a person being registered under this Act, the impact that a failure to register the person may have, either directly or indirectly, on the person; or > > > > > (b) if the risk assessment relates to a person who already holds registration under this Act, the impact that suspension, or cancellation, of that registration may have, either directly or indirectly, on the person.
