> > (1) The Registrar may request that an applicant attend an interview to provide additional information that the Registrar considers he or she needs to determine the application.
>
> > (2) If an applicant agrees to attend an interview requested under [subsection (1)](#GS23@Gs1@EN) , the applicant may have another person present during the interview to provide the applicant with support.
>
> > (3) If an applicant does not comply with a request under [subsection (1)](#GS23@Gs1@EN) , the Registrar may dismiss the application.
>
> > (4) If an application is dismissed under [subsection (3)](#GS23@Gs3@EN) , the Registrar is to notify, in writing, the applicant and any employer specified in the application, of that dismissal.
