### 18A Unregistered person may engage in regulated activity in special circumstances

> > > > > > (iii) [*\[Section 18A Subsection (2) amended by No. 7 of 2025, s. 222, Applied:01 Jul 2025\]*](/view/html/inforce/2025-07-01/act-2025-007#GS222@Hpc@EN) if the Registrar refuses to register the person and the person applies for a review of the decision under the [Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2020](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2020-024) , when the review is determined by the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal or, if that determination is that the application for registration is remitted to the Registrar for further determination, when the Registrar on further determination either registers the person or notifies the person that registration is refused.
