Fees payable under Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Local Government Act 1993
(1) The fee for providing a certificate of ownership is 1.2618 fee units.
(2) The fee for providing each additional document forming part of the Register in relation to providing a certificate of ownership is 0.1296 fee units.
(3) In this section—
certificate of ownership means a certificate referred to in—
(a) the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, section 10.9(2), or
(b) the Local Government Act 1993, section 700(2).
