If the caveat relates to an unregistered easement, the description must identify the site of the easement—
(a) if the Registrar-General approves—as the land shown in a plan annexed to the caveat, or
(b) otherwise—as the land shown in a plan that—
(i) defines the site of the easement, and
(ii) is registered or recorded with the Registrar-General.
