9 Periods during which Registrar-General may require production of documents

(1) For the Act, section 12AA(2)(b), 7 years is the period prescribed for a plan or other document lodged otherwise than for the purpose of being registered or recorded.

(2) For the Act, section 12AA(2)(c), 7 years is the period prescribed for a plan or other document that has been registered or recorded.
