5 Information required in caveats under the Act, s 74F
(1) For the Act, section 74F(5)(b)(v), the prescribed particulars of the estate or interest to which a caveator claims to be entitled are the particulars set out in Schedule 1, as applicable to the estate or interest.
(2) For the Act, section 74F(5)(b)(vii), the prescribed form and manner of the description of the part of land to which a caveat relates is the form and manner set out in Schedule 2, as applicable to the caveat.
