10 Particulars in statement accompanying notice of intention to apply for foreclosure order

For the Act, section 61(2A), the following particulars are prescribed—

(a) a statement that the notice is given under the Act, section 61(2A),

(b) the mortgagor’s or covenant charger’s full name,

(c) the mortgagor’s or covenant charger’s last known address,

(d) if known to the person preparing the statement—

(i) the mortgagor’s or covenant charger’s date of birth, and

(ii) the date and place of the mortgagor’s or covenant charger’s death,

(e) the amount owing under the mortgage at—

(i) the date the notice is given, or

(ii) the date specified in the notice.
