2 Commencement
(1) Except as provided in subsection 2(2), this instrument commences on the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation. (2) Sections 9 and 10 commence on a single day fixed in a notifiable instrument made by the Minister for the purposes of this subsection.
