6 Transitional
(1) The Radiocommunications (Compliance Labelling—Electromagnetic Radiation) Notice 2001, as in force immediately before 1 March 2003, continues to apply to a radiocommunications device to which the old standard applies under section 7 of the Radiocommunications (Electromagnetic Radiation—Human Exposure) Standard 2003. (2) Subsection (1) ceases to apply at the end of 29 February 2004.
