12D Duty to notify members of compliance with directions

[Section 12D Inserted by No. 18 of 2025, s. 46, Applied:01 Jan 2026] If the Board or a subsidiary board is given a direction under section 12A in respect of the Company or a subsidiary, the relevant board must notify the members of the Company, in writing, of the progress of the Company, or subsidiary, in complying with the direction –

(a) at the intervals specified in the direction; and

(b) when, in the opinion of the relevant board, the Company or subsidiary has complied with the direction in full.
