9A Meaning of carries on business as a hawker For this Act, a person carries on business as a hawker— (a) if the person carries on an itinerant business selling— (i) goods carried by the person, or by a vehicle used by the person; or (ii) services provided by the person, or provided from a vehicle used by the person; or (b) if the person sells goods or services for a person mentioned in paragraph (a).
