85 Action by director-general in relation to amended or suspended permit (a) a public unleased land permit is amended or suspended under this part; and (b) the permit is returned to the director-general.

Public unleased land permit register Division 3.10 (2) For an amended permit, the director-general must— (a) return the amended permit to the permit-holder; or (b) give the permit-holder a replacement permit that includes the amendment. (3) If a public unleased land permit is suspended under this part and the suspension ends before the end of the term of the permit, the director-general must return the permit to the permit-holder.
