83 Public unleased land permit—effect of suspension (1) A suspended permit does not authorise the carrying on of any activity under the permit during the suspension. (2) If the director-general suspends a public unleased land permit, the permit-holder is, during the suspension— (a) taken not to hold the permit; and (b) disqualified from applying for a public unleased land permit.
