80 Public unleased land permit—regulatory action Each of the following is regulatory action when taken against a permit-holder: (a) imposing a condition on, or amending a condition on, the permit; (b) suspending the permit for a stated period or until a stated thing happens; (c) cancelling the permit; (d) cancelling the permit and disqualifying the person from applying for a public unleased land permit of that kind for a stated period or until a stated thing happens.
