7 Application of Act to Territory (1) The following sections do not bind the Territory: (a) section 16 (Offence—fail to comply with drainage direction); (b) section 20 (Offence—carry out work on public unleased land without approval); (c) section 22 (Offence—fail to comply with repair damage direction). (2) This section has effect despite the Legislation Act, section 121 (Binding effect of Acts).
