69 Public unleased land permit—application to amend (1) A permit-holder may apply to the director-general to amend the public unleased land permit. (2) A permit-holder must apply to the director-general for amendment of the permit if the permit-holder is a corporation and someone else (the new influential person) is to become an influential person for the (3) The application must—
