63 Financial assurance condition—permit cancellation (a) the director-general imposes a financial assurance condition on a public unleased land permit; and (b) the permit-holder does not provide the financial assurance— (i) in accordance with the condition; or (ii) by the due date. (2) The director-general must cancel the public unleased land permit. (3) In this section: due date—see section 62 (3) (c) (ii).
