44 Offence—fail to comply with condition of permit (a) the person holds a public unleased land permit; and (b) the permit is subject to a condition; and (c) the person fails to comply with the condition. Maximum penalty: (a) if the condition is not a financial assurance condition— 20 penalty units; or (b) if the condition is a financial assurance condition— 30 penalty units.
