#### 18 Records of property—the Act, s 33 18 Records of property—the Act, s 33 > For the Act, section 33(2)(f), a record of property taken possession of must include the following information— > > > (a) the cost of taking possession of, storing, returning, destroying or disposing of, including selling, the property, > > > (b) if the property is disposed of—how and to whom it is disposed of, > > > > Example— > > > > By selling the property or giving it away free of charge. > > > (c) if the property is sold— > > > > > (i) the value of the proceeds of sale of the property, and > > > > > (ii) where the proceeds of sale are kept.
