#### 11 Items not taken into possession—the Act, s 27 11 Items not taken into possession—the Act, s 27 > For the Act, section 27(3), if an authorised officer decides to move an item to another place in the same general area, the authorised officer must— > > > (a) move the item to a place where it is reasonably likely to be found by a responsible person for the item, or > > > (b) if it is not practicable to move the item as referred to in paragraph (a)—take reasonable steps to notify a responsible person for the item of the place to which the item has been moved.
