#### 88 Regulations 88 Regulations > > (1) The Governor may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, about any matter that by this Act is required or permitted to be prescribed or that is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act. > > > (2) The Minister must not recommend the making of a regulation under this Act unless the Minister certifies the Minister has consulted with the Steering Committee concerning the making of the regulation. > > > (3) The regulations may exempt specified agencies or classes of agencies from specified provisions of this Act. > > > (4) A regulation for a definition may apply generally or be limited to specified provisions of this Act in which the defined word or expression is used.
