#### 73 Ombudsman’s guidelines 73 Ombudsman’s guidelines > Without limiting section 72(1)(c)(i), guidelines published by the Ombudsman to assist agencies— > > > (a) may be published in the form of a model public interest disclosure policy, and > > > (b) may relate to all aspects of agencies’ functions under this Act, including— > > > > > (i) establishing procedures to comply with the requirements of this Act, and > > > > > (ii) assessing whether disclosures are public interest disclosures, and > > > > > (iii) supporting persons who make voluntary public interest disclosures.
