#### 11 Powers of compulsion and entry 11 Powers of compulsion and entry > The following provisions prevail over an inconsistent provision of this Act— > > > (a) the [Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1988-035), sections 24, 25 and 37, > > > (b) the [Law Enforcement Conduct Commission Act 2016](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2016-061), sections 56, 58 and 74, > > > (c) the [Ombudsman Act 1974](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1974-068), sections 21 and 21A, > > > (d) a provision of another Act applying the [Ombudsman Act 1974](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1974-068), section 21 or 21A.
