91 Notifiable conditions and micro-organisms Reg. 91(1) amended by S.R. No. 88/2022 reg. 7. (1) For the purposes of the definition of ***notifiable condition*** in section 3(1) of the Act, the prescribed infectious diseases and the prescribed medical conditions are the infectious diseases and the medical conditions set out in Part 1 and Part 2 of Schedule 3, Part 1 and Part 2 of Schedule 4 and Part 1 of Schedule 4A. (2) For the purposes of the definition of ***notifiable micro-organism*** in section 3(1) of the Act, the micro-organisms listed in Part 1 of Schedule 5 are prescribed as notifiable micro-organisms.
