42 Applications for transfer of registration of premises For the purpose of section 71(c) of the Act, the prescribed particulars for an application for the transfer of registration of premises to which this Division applies are— (e) the date of registration; and (f) the registration number; and (g) any conditions on the registration; and (h) the name and address of the person to whom the registration is to be transferred; and (i) the number of aquatic facilities located at the premises; and (j) a description of each aquatic facility located at the premises; and (k) a statement as to whether a current water quality risk management plan exists for each aquatic facility located at the premises.
