41 Applications for issue of registration of premises For the purpose of section 71(c) of the Act, the prescribed particulars for an application for the issue of a registration of premises to which this Division applies are— (e) the number of aquatic facilities located at the premises; and (f) a description of each aquatic facility located at the premises; and (g) a statement as to whether a current water quality risk management plan exists for each aquatic facility located at the premises.
