38 Notice to be displayed at registered premises (1) A proprietor or occupier of premises where a registered premises is located must ensure that a notice in the form approved by the Secretary about the scope of registration for the class of business registered for the premises is displayed in a prominent position in the entry to the business conducted on those premises. (2) The Secretary may approve forms for the purposes of subregulation (1). (3) The Secretary must publish the forms approved under subregulation (2) in the Government Gazette.
