37 Advertising and registered premises A proprietor or occupier of premises where a registered premises is located must not state or permit to be stated in any advertisement, notice or sign issued or put up in relation to the business conducted on those premises, that the premises were registered or approved for any class of business other than that set out on the certificate of registration.
