115B Prescribed amount in respect of an eligible offence For the purposes of section 165DC(3)(a) of the Act, the prescribed amount in respect of an eligible offence is the following— (a) for an offence set out in Column 2 of an item in Table 1 in Schedule 8, the concessional penalty specified in Column 4 of that item; (b) for an offence set out in Column 2 of an item in Table 2 in Schedule 8, the concessional penalty specified in Column 4 of that item.
