115A Prescribed eligible offences for the concessional infringement scheme For the purposes of section 165CY(1)(a) of the Act, the following offences are prescribed— (a) an offence set out in Column 2 of an item in Table 1 in Schedule 8 that has a concessional penalty in respect of that offence set out in Column 4 of that item; (b) an offence set out in Column 2 of an item in Table 2 in Schedule 8 that has a concessional penalty in respect of that offence set out in Column 4 of that item.
