110 Provision of information The parent or guardian of a child attending a primary school, education and care service premises or children's services centre must inform the person in charge of the primary school, education and care service premises or children's services centre as soon as practicable if— (a) the child is infected with a condition that is specified as excludable in column 3 of the Table in Schedule 7; or (b) the child has been in contact with a person infected with a condition for which the exclusion of contacts is specified in column 4 of the Table in Schedule 7.
