105 Definition of early childhood service
For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of ***early childhood service*** in section 3(1) of the Act, an occasional care service (within the meaning of regulation 5(1) of the Children's Services Regulations 2020[[1]](#endnote-2)), which does not include an outside school hours care service or a school holiday care service or any part of such a service, is a prescribed class.
