3 Schedule 9 to apply to transfer of certain Council gas employees
(1) The transfer of employment of a contributor or former contributor employed solely or predominantly in the production, sale or distribution of gas, whether or not reticulated, or in management activities connected with that production, sale or distribution, being a transfer of employment from a Council to A.G.L. Western Limited effected by way of acceptance of an offer of employment made by that company to the contributor or former contributor by a letter dated 2 December 1985, is a transfer of employment to which Schedule 9 to the Act applies.
(2) In subclause (1):
Council means the Council of the City of Bathurst, the Council of the City of Orange or the Council of the City of Greater Lithgow.
