New South Wales regulation
This Regulation makes Schedule 9 of the Public Authorities Superannuation Act 1985 apply to a narrow group of council employees (or former employees) who worked mainly in gas production, sale, distribution or related management and who accepted an employment offer from A.G.L. Western Limited dated 2 December 1985 (cl 3). It also moves certain contributors from a specified pre‑existing superannuation scheme into the Act’s scheme, with their rights and obligations to be set by the Board (cl 4).
