#### 59 Application of Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Act 2002—the Act, s 17 59 Application of [Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Act 2002](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2002-028)—the Act, s 17 > The [Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Act 2002](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2002-028), Part 2 applies in relation to a licence or certificate of registration subject to the following limitations and modifications— > > > (a) an application for the grant of a licence or certificate of registration may only be made by an individual unless the licence is a corporation licence, > > > (b) an application for the grant of a corporation licence may only be made by a corporation, > > > (c) an application for the grant of a certificate of registration may be made by an individual aged 16 years or more.
