(1) An agreement for the performance of services that relate only to livestock is exempt from the Act, section 55.
(2) A licensee is exempt from the Act, section 55 in relation to services performed by the licensee as—
(a) a strata managing agent under the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015, section 237, or
(b) a managing agent under the Community Land Management Act 2021, section 196.
