#### 36 Records and book entries to be in English language 36 Records and book entries to be in English language > A licensee must ensure the following are in English— > > > (a) all written records required to be made or produced by the licensee by the Act and this Regulation, > > > (b) all entries in books of account required to be kept by the licensee by the Act and this Regulation. > > Maximum penalty— > > > (a) for a corporation—40 penalty units, or > > > (b) otherwise—20 penalty units.
