A licensee must ensure the following are in English—
(a) all written records required to be made or produced by the licensee by the Act and this Regulation,
(b) all entries in books of account required to be kept by the licensee by the Act and this Regulation.
Maximum penalty—
(a) for a corporation—40 penalty units, or
(b) otherwise—20 penalty units.
