#### 70 Confidentiality of Bidders Record 70 Confidentiality of Bidders Record > > (1) An agent who makes a Bidders Record, and any auctioneer to whom the contents of a Bidders Record are disclosed under this Division, must not— > > > > > (a) divulge any information that the Bidders Record contains except as authorised or required by this Division, and > > > > > (b) must not use the Bidders Record or the information that it contains for any purpose not authorised by this Division. > > > > Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. > > > (2) This section does not prevent the divulging of information to an authorised officer in accordance with a requirement imposed by or under this Act.
