#### 37A Expired or cancelled certificates of registration 37A Expired or cancelled certificates of registration > Section 26B(1) does not apply to an application for a certificate of registration if— > > > (a) the application is made within 1 year after the commencement day, and > > > (b) the applicant previously held a certificate of registration that expired or was cancelled within 1 year before the commencement day.
