#### 168 Amount of contribution 168 Amount of contribution > > (1) This section sets out the contribution payable by the holder of a licence. > > > (2) The amount of the contribution is the amount prescribed by the regulations. The regulations may prescribe different amounts of contributions for different kinds of licences. > > > (3) The regulations may provide for a single contribution to be paid if a person carries on business under more than one kind of licence. > > > (4) Contributions under this section are in addition to any fees and levies payable under this Act. > > > (5) If a licence is not granted pursuant to an application, any contribution to the Compensation Fund paid by the applicant is to be refunded. > > **s 168:** Am 2025 No 17, Sch 4\[5\]–\[7\].
