#### 162 Receiver to report to Supreme Court and Secretary 162 Receiver to report to Supreme Court and Secretary > > (1) A receiver must, at such times and in respect of such periods as the Supreme Court directs, submit reports on the receivership to the Supreme Court and the Secretary. > > > (2) A report is to deal with such matters as the Supreme Court directs and with such other matters as the receiver considers appropriate to include in the report. > > > (3) On the conclusion of a receivership, the receiver must lodge with the Supreme Court all of the receiver’s records that relate to the receivership. > > > (4) Unless the Supreme Court orders their destruction, records lodged under this section are to remain in the custody of the Court.
