4 Act binds Crown
(1) Subject to this section, this Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of each of the States, of the Australian Capital Territory and of the Northern Territory. (2) Nothing in this Act makes the Crown liable to prosecution for an offence against this Act. (3) The protection in subsection (2) does not apply to a Commonwealth authority.
